  • Integrated solution for continuous centralized monitoring of the entire network and individual network elementProvides change of network topology and network element configuration from the easy to use network view and containment tree view
  • Software System SUNCE-M is based on TMN (Telecommunications Network Management) principles:
    • Provides functions of Network Management Layer and Element Management Layer of the TMN functional architecture
    • Enables TMN management functions – fault, configuration, performance and security management
    • The computer in Management Operations Center is connected with one network element using Ethernet or RS232 serial interface (F interface)
  • Optional: SNMP Northbound and Southbound

Control and monitoring

IRITEL SUNCE-M NMS - Control and monitoring functions

Fault Management is the set of functions, which enables the detection, isolation, and correction of abnormal operation of the telecommunication network and its environment. The equipment is monitored continuously. Alarms are indicated with severity (priority levels) and location marks. In addition to alarm monitoring, it is possible to perform various tests to check the system’s performance upon fault elimination.

Performance Management refer to monitoring of the IRITEL equipment performances. The data about equipment operation as a whole is collected. Various statistical analyses and quality control of the service are done based on the gathered data. Performance monitoring is done in time intervals of 15 minutes and 24 hours. Besides performance monitoring, the software provides a view to the alarms history.

Configuration Management includes functions that provide processing, collecting and distributing data related to configuration and control status of the IRITEL equipment.

Security Access Control is secured by user’s authorization when accessing the software (logging in). There are two access levels:

  • The access level of common user allows review and monitoring of system parameters.
  • The user with administrator privileges can change network topology, review and assign all options of the system. The administrator can also create user account and change their access level.
